Scott Blakeman, super smart, wildly funny, political comedian EXTRAORDINAIRE will be coming BACK to Vox Pop, tomorrow,

THURSDAY AUGUST 30 8 PM

He's a Brooklyn native, a Park Slope resident and "The top political comedian working in New York today"(NBC)

We just got a taste of his latest material:

It's GREAT!

"Alberto Gonzalez was asked today why he resigned, and he said he didn't recall resigning. The Bush Administration says it will be searching for a new Attorney General with the necessary qualities -incompetence, deception, willful ignorance and arrogance. So their choice will be someone already in the Bush administration.

"When Bush had his colonoscopy recently, he turned over the powers of the Presidency to Cheney. I thought he already did that seven years ago. Of course the White House put a spin on the procedure. They said doctors found five polyps and three weapons of mass destruction.

"I perform at a lot of colleges. I was recently at George Mason University, where they name their dorms after Presidents. Everyone wants to live in the Bill Clinton dorm-no RA's, 24 hour partying. Then they have the George W. Bush dorm. It attacks other dorms for no reason whatsover."

Scott Blakeman, returns to Vox Pop for a solo show Thursday August 30 at 8 pm.
